Traveler Profile
Our experience has found that everyone travels differently.  We want to be familiar with how you prefer to travel, so we ask that you complete the traveler profile. Click on the “travel profile” tab and follow the steps.

Company Policy
Travel policies save time and money. Your company has defined the parameters in which travel related purchases should be handled.  These parameters will be automatically accessed during the reservation with your Baylor College of Medicine agents.

Emergency Service Center
Necessary travel changes after normal business hours should be made through our 24-hour Emergency Service Center.  Your Emergency Service Center will access prompt and courteous service.  When placing a call, simply refer to the special V.I.T Code we have provided you.
